Turnaround time is the estimated amount of time necessary to complete a print job, including printing, cutting, mail services (address, postage, etc.) and other post-print processing, as well as packing your orders for shipping. We state printing turnaround times in business days. There is no production or shipping on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating printing turnaround time. In addition, while printing turnaround time includes printing, cutting, and mail services, it does not include design, mailing, or shipping transit times. You should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. The turnaround period does not begin when you first upload your files. The turnaround time officially starts when all of the following have occurred:
- Full payment has been received.
- Approval has been obtained for the artwork to be printed (via a proof).
From the time your order is placed, Broker Pop will send a proof to you in 24-48 hours. Once the proof is approved, the following production timing and shipping schedules will apply:
